Fuck, these French guys are C.R.A.Z.Y.
… but the filming and thrills are out of this world.

Brilliant little video of Buenos Aires turned upside down into a theme park.
If only…
Tickets for this year’s Pitchfork Music Festival are now on sale, with more acts to be announced in the coming weeks.
Like little birds that swoop from their winter nests into the Spring sky, this Faberge Egg hunt around London is creating such joyous vibes that i might have to join the chorus too. 100 decorated, adorned, bedecked and bedazzled eggs by various artists and creative figures are hidden away into London’s various corners and crannies to be found. This is one of my faves by Julian Brown… http://www.thebigegghunt.co.uk/egg/125 Yes Mr Easter Bunny, I would very much like this in my living room.
The Big Fat Faberge Egg Hunt
Sort of obsessed with this lady Quentin at the moment. Firstly, her name has me believing in nominative determinism (and am brainstorming similar ones for future offspring). Secondly, the words “effortless” and “creative” hang around her like the faint aroma of night jasmine. So far she tops my 2012 cool list. (Can’t remember who topped last year’s, think it was… nope. obviously not that good then)
Alabama Shakes and the classiest rock n roll voice i’ve heard in a good while.
Loving this week’s LeCool E-Zine Cover Art by John Shinner.
So London, so cool.
Perfect taste from the XX soundboard.
Gladys Knight - Help me make it through the night (Live 1972)
Some great film posterage going on here ….
Cool and Victoria Beckham. Never would I use these two nominal entities together, yet the po-faced WAG-turned-“so much more” has opted for Brit-queen illustrator/filmmaker Quentin Jones to make a new mixed-media film for her new youthful line “Victoria”. And it certainly injects an element of fun into the inherently humourless vortex that is the VB brand.
Hands up thumbs down, I stand a little corrected with this video.
A little bit of design // artwork for a Friday thinking about far flung places …..
This is a beautifully shot vid of three floppy-haired French dudes and one Yeti beardo from Oxelo Skateboard Studio carving, poling, skidding and swirling around India. The soundtrack takes me straight back to the chaotic beauty, smiles that can send you soaring, euphoric joy mixed with madness and magic. Oh, and a few free skateboards for the kids of course.
Bravo .
